Dance With Fitness is one of the most popular exercise programs around the world! Many people are saying that they are losing weight very rapidly like nobody has seen before. People didn't have an idea when they started Dance With Fitness that they could experience so much happiness and incredible results.

 

 

What is Dance With Fitness? Dance With Fitness is the fusion of modern Latin American  Rhythm and Ballroom dance steps with enhanced respiratory and circulatory efficiency movements. The main purpose of Dance With Fitness is to improve cardiovascular endurance and fitness levels by combining a series of aerobic movements with modern Ballroom, Latin American and Rhythm dance steps in order to involve major muscle groups, and to increase the heart rate. No partner is required, and participants do not have to have any dance experience.  

Enjoy dancing to Cha  Cha Cha, Tango, Salsa, Merengue, Foxtrot, Samba, Waltz, Cumbia, Bachata, Jive, Rumba, and much more! Its fun, easy to learn, and guaranteed to shed those pounds!  This is for all ages and fitness levels!  All classes taught by certified and award-winning instructors!  Always get a medical check-up before starting any exercise program.  Gym attire is acceptable.

PRICES FOR MEMBERS

Individual Class - $20 (if paying at the door, then you must show membership card.)

NON-MEMBERS - $25 in advance (24 hours before class) and $30 at the door

There are no refunds on classes bought in advance for any reason.   Purchasing classes gives your consent on these stipulations.  Prices and schedule subject to change without notice.  

 

A membership card will be issued upon registration and payment.  Payments can be made via Zelle, cash, or check.  Parties and Group Classes are for Members Only!  Zelle at ialtman@msn.com


EVERYONE MUST SIGN THE INJURY WAIVER AND RELEASE BEFORE ATTENDING THEIR FIRST CLASS.
